New and reduced limited edition buy to let products

We’re introducing new and reduced limited edition buy to let mortgage rates, helping you to find the right mortgage for your clients.
We aim to give brokers as much notice as possible when we make changes to our product range, but due to the ongoing volatility in the market we want to make you aware that these rates may be withdrawn at short notice.
Our DIP accepts are valid for 30 days, securing your rate and giving you time to collect all the documentation we need. Only when you have all the documents requested should you submit an application and begin to upload to the portal.
Limited edition – buy to let
Individual and company landlords with single residential investment properties
►Reduced 2 year fixed with zero fee, 5.64% to 75% LTV
►Reduced 2 year fixed with 5.00% fee, 3.14% to 75% LTV
►NEW 5 year fixed with 1.50% fee, 4.92% to 75% LTV
►NEW 5 year fixed with £1,999 fee, 5.14% to 75% LTV
Multi property product for residential investment property portfolios
►Reduced 2 year fixed with zero fee, 5.59% to 75% LTV
►Reduced 2 year fixed with 5.00% fee, 3.09% to 75% LTV
