New limited edition buy to let product
We launched a new 5 year fixed limited edition mortgage product on Thursday, 3 March, aimed at supporting landlords looking to purchase or remortgage.
Limited edition 2.68% to 75% LTV with 1.50% fee
Available for individual non-portfolio landlords with single residential investment properties. Free legal fees, free valuation and no funds transfer fee on remortgage.
We’ll be monitoring the impact these rates have on our service levels and may withdraw from market at short notice.
