We’ve now updated some of our buy to let product switch rates
As one of our key partners, we wanted to let you know that we’ve made some changes to our buy to let product switch mortgage rates.
We’ve re-launched our buy to let product switch rates at 75% to 85% LTV for individual and company landlords with single residential investment properties, HMOs and multi unit freeholds.
