We’ve reviewed our products and service to meet our obligations set out by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under Consumer Duty and you’ll find links to our Product Information Sheets below.
All firms are required to put the needs of their customers first, making sure their products and services are easy to understand, and that they’re accessible for all.
As a Manufacturer, we have an obligation to provide you with this information, so you’re in a position to meet your requirements by the end of July 2023.

Consumer Duty Outcomes
There are four outcomes that represent the key elements of the firm-customer relationship, namely how firms should design, sell and service products and services, and provide support that meets customers’ needs.
- Products and services
- Consumer understanding
- Price and value
- Consumer support
These four outcomes interlink with each other and together they aim to develop and provide greater clarity on the expectations for firms in complying with the new Consumer Principle and related cross-cutting rules.
