We’re re-launching our mortgage range, introducing new rates for your first time buyers, home movers, self employed and landlord clients.

We’re also re-launching rates for existing Aldermore customers.

Buy to let mortgage range

  • Buy to let for individual landlords with single residential investment properties
    5 year fixed with 1.50% fee, 7.69% to 75% LTV
  • Buy to let for company landlords with single residential investment properties
    5 year fixed with 1.50% fee, 7.69% to 75% LTV
  • Buy to let for multi property individuals and company landlords
    with single residential investment properties
    5 year fixed with zero fee, 7.89% to 75% LTV

Changes to our decision in principle time

We’ve changed our decision in principle time, reducing to 10 days. We’ve done this to ensure we continue to lend responsibly during these turbulent economic times.

Our DIP guarantee gives you the time to collect all the information we need before you start uploading to the portal. Once you fully submit your DIP you’ll continue to have a further 10 working days to meet our minimum packaging standards.
