2. Improved loan to income (LTI) limits

We’ve increased our LTI and now offer up to 6 times the household income for eligible borrowers, for example:

1. Customers with £70k household income, could now access up to £35k in additional borrowing, if they have deposit of 20% or more. 

2. Even those on lower incomes could benefit, a family with combined income of £45k could access a loan £20k higher than before even with just a 5% deposit.

3. Unlock more for contractors and self-employed

We’ve introduced new gross income affordability checks for CIS and zero-hour workers, making it easier to reflect true earnings.
