Pricing Change
In light of ongoing market pricing challenges over the last few weeks, we have made the difficult decision to increase pricing on all fixed rate loan applications by 0.5% from 5pm today, Thursday 15th June.
Any fully submitted applications (excluding DIPs), with all mandatory supporting documents and commentary included, that are received BEFORE 5pm today will be eligible for our current pricing.
This includes existing applications submitted and currently awaiting credit review.
Any cases received after 5pm will be subject to the increased pricing indicated in the updated Product Guide.
