We recently increased the size of our bridging loan offering and can now consider much larger bridging loans than before. Our bridging product is suitable for individuals who need a quick property purchase or acquisition of a development site with planning consent. It can also utilised when buy-to-let finance is unavailable or when the borrower needs to refinance a completed development facility to release equity for the acquisition of another site.
