Avamore is pleased to announce that we can now offer bridging loans of up to £25 million, instead of the previous maximum loan size of £7.5 million.
Our bridging product is suitable for individuals who need a quick property purchase or acquisition of a development site with planning consent. It can also be used when buy-to-let finance is not available, or when the borrower needs to refinance a completed development facility to release equity for the acquisition of another site.
