Barclays mortgage product changes
From tomorrow, Tuesday 9 December, we are reducing rates on a selection of products in our remortgage range.
Please see the rate overview guide for information of all our product changes.
Remortgage product decreases:
- 3.81% 2 Yr Fixed £999 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £5k, Max loan £2m will decrease to 3.71%
- 4.17% The Great Escape™ 2 Yr Fixed £0 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £50k, Max loan £2m will decrease to 4.12%
- 3.93% 5 Yr Fixed £999 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £5k, Max loan £2m will decrease to 3.88%
Existing Customer Reward Range decreases:
- 4.07% EMC Reward 2 Year Fixed £0 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £1k, Max loan £2m will decrease to 4.03%
- 3.92% EMC Reward 2 Year Fixed £999 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £1k, Max loan £2m will decrease to 3.81%
- 4.10% EMC Reward 5 Year Fixed £0 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £1k, Max loan £2m will decrease to 4.04%
