- Rate increases on Fixed rate products across our new lending Remortgage and Purchase ranges – both Residential and Buy to Let
- Rate increases on Fixed rate products across our existing mortgage customer (EMC) Reward ranges – both Residential and Buy to Let
Applications on an existing product confirmed as changing
To qualify for a product, a MIS needs to have been generated, on or before the date of withdrawal (Tuesday 11th October) either using our Barclays systems or your preferred sourcing tool and must be submitted prior to the last application dates – Wednesday 12th October for rate switch (product transfer) and Thursday 20th October for all other, new lending applications.
