Hard to believe we are already mid-February of what looks to be another fast-paced but positive year for the industry.
Here at Barclays we have had a busy start to the year, which we kicked off with our January Economic Outlook on the Housing Market Webinar, featuring industry guests Alex Maddox, Kensington Mortgages and Rob Thomas, IMLA. In conversation they discussed rising inflation, how the UK has come through a highly turbulent period of global events and how house prices have remained robust leaving us with reasons to be cautiously optimistic for 2024.

In line with National New Homes Week (26th Feb – 3rd of March), our focus for February’s webinar will be the priorities and challenges for new build homes in 2024, from the perspective of both the industry and clients.
