Here are the latest updates from Barclays.  These products are available via our direct to lender mortgage club which offers you payment on completion and a lot more besides!

Announcement From Barclays

We are pleased to confirm we are making further changes across our Residential, BTL and Reward ranges effective tomorrow, Friday 18th September.

We have a selection of new products launching, including the following, which are available for Residential Purchase and Remortgage applications:-

• New – 2.10% 2 Yr Fixed £999 product fee, 85% LTV, Min loan £5k, Max loan £2m

• New – 2.69% 10 Yr Fixed £999 product fee, 80% LTV, Min loan £5k, Max loan £1m

We’re also reducing rates on a number of existing products, including the following, which are available for Residential Purchase and Remortgage applications:-

• Reducing – 2.25% 5 Yr Fixed £999 product fee, 80% LTV, Min loan £5k, Max loan £2m will decrease to 1.98%

• Reducing – 1.95% 2 Yr Fixed £999 product fee, 80% LTV, Min loan £5k, Max loan £2m will decrease to 1.85%

In addition to the above, please be advised we are also making some changes to a small selection of products which includes three products within our existing customer Reward range.

Key product change timings*

  • Existing products: Final date for generating a Mortgage Information Sheet (MIS) Thursday 17th September, 2020
  • New products available: Friday 18th September, 2020
  • Last rate switch (product transfer) applications on existing products: Friday 18th September, 2020
  • Last further advance applications on existing products: Saturday 26th September, 2020

To qualify for a product, a MIS needs to have been generated, on or before the date of withdrawal (Thursday 17th September) either using our Barclays systems or your preferred sourcing tool and must be submitted prior to the last application dates – Friday 18th September for rate switch (product transfer) and Saturday 26th September for further advances.

Please be advised that upon withdrawal, the products will be removed from the dropdown options within our new lending application services. Therefore, you will need to ensure the product has been selected, booked and saved in the application today
