Product change summary
- New – Launching competitive new 2 and 5 yr tracker products into our Residential Purchase, Remortgage and existing customer Reward ranges. Each product comes with our standard Switch and Fix feature, which allows customers to rate switch to a fixed rate at any point during the ERC period.
- New – Introducing two new 7-year fixed rate options into Residential Purchase and Remortgage ranges.
- Changing – Amending rates on a selection of existing products and please note some products are being withdrawn and not replaced.
To qualify for a product, a MIS needs to have been generated, on or before the date of withdrawal (Monday 17th October) either using our Barclays systems or your preferred sourcing tool and must be submitted prior to the last application dates – Tuesday 18th October for rate switch (product transfer) and Wednesday 26th October for all other, new lending applications.
