Our new system is our most intuitive platform yet. Built on the principle of ‘You spoke, we listened,’ it has been developed hand-in-hand with intermediary feedback to simplify every step of the journey.
The result?
A more intuitive, joined-up application journey that early adopters are already using to complete cases in just 15 minutes on average.
Our new system simplifies the end-to-end mortgage process across three key stages:
· Affordability calculator – Already completely redesigned with clearer, more streamlined questions and a modern interface.
· Agreement in Principle (AIP) – Created specifically for brokers, now featuring downloadable AIP certificates.
· Full Application – Rebuilt to be faster and easier, with fewer questions, embedded ‘how-to’ guidance, improved document uploads (with drag-and-drop functionality and a 15MB file size limit), and full case tracking through to completion.
And it doesn’t stop here. While the system currently supports residential cases, buy to let is on the horizon.
