Following a review of our current pricing, please be advised we are increasing the rate on one of our 5 Year Fixed rates within our existing Residential Purchase ranges effective tomorrow, Wednesday 22nd December 2021.

Which product is increasing?

Purchase

  • 2.13% 5 Year Fixed  £999 fee, 90% LTV, Loans £5k – £570k will increase to 2.34%
