With effect from Wednesday 22nd December 2021, the Society will withdraw the following fixed rate mortgage product:

FIX 169 (initial pay rate 2.49%) 3 Year Fixed Rate to 31 January 2025
Outstanding applications will be given a deadline of close of business on Wednesday 22nd December 2021 for submission.
