Barclays mortgage product changes
Following a review of our current pricing, a selection of products across our existing Residential, Buy to Let and Reward ranges will be seeing an increase in rates effective tomorrow, Friday 29th October 2021.
In addition to changing rates, we’re also extending the end dates on all of our fixed rate products to the end of February.

Key product change timings*
- Existing products: Final date for generating a Mortgage Information Sheet (MIS) Thursday 28th October, 2021
- Last rate switch (product transfer) applications on existing Reward range products: Friday 29th October, 2021
- Last new lending applications on existing products: Saturday 6th November, 2021
