Please be advised we are making further changes across our Residential and Buy to Let ranges effective tomorrow, Wednesday 29th July. The changes include a selection of rate increases and the withdrawal of two products.
On Friday we communicated the temporary introduction of daily case booking limits. To offer you some assurance around case availability, we can confirm that new bookings were available yesterday, Monday 27th July, up until 3.30pm, and the product changes announced today will further ensure our ability to continue to effectively manage the flow of applications we receive, and provide you and your clients with a consistent level of service.
We expect to be able to update you shortly with the removal of the temporary limits, but please be aware that while the limits continue to apply, to secure an existing product that is due to change or be withdrawn today, you will need to have selected and saved the required product in our application system, and received a successful case booking, at the latest by today, Tuesday 28th July.
Although new bookings were available until 3.30pm yesterday, we’re unable to guarantee an equivalent time for today. We will however, provide an update in the Barclays Intermediary Hub if, and when, the limit is reached – therefore, please login to check that new bookings remain available, prior to attempting to register a new booking on a product due to be changed or withdrawn today.
Please note, for applications with a successful case booking where an existing product is selected and saved in our application systems today, we are again extending the last date for you to submit an application to Thursday 6th August. For booked applications, you therefore have time to fully package and submit these cases. This will assist our ability to assess the application in full, upon initial underwriter review.
