Notice of service levels
Please be advised that due to a high level of applications, our time for a packaged application to be reviewed by an underwriter is up to 20 working days.
We appreciate that this timeframe is longer than the usual service we offer. We are working hard to reduce this and will continue to keep you updated on any ongoing cases as service levels improve. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you or your customers.
As we have recently withdrawn some of our products, we will require any applications for the below products to have minimum requirements satisfied by 5pm today:
