Product Withdrawal
Please be advised that from today (26.9.22) we will be withdrawing the products below:
- RDF077 80% Residential 5 year fixed
- RDF087 95% Residential 5 year fixed
- RDF080 Rent a Room 2 year fixed
- RDF081 Rent a Room 5 year fixed
- RDF083 Shared Ownership 5 year fixed
- BDF054 BTL 2 year fixed
- BDF055 BTL 5 year fixed
- HDF029 Holiday Let 2 year fixed
- HDF030 Holiday Let 5 year fixed
- BDF058 HMO 2 year fixed
- BDF059 HMO 5 year fixed
Any applications with a decision in principle approved will have until 17.00 hours on 27th September to submit the full mortgage application on Broker Online, with full packaging requirements to be satisfied by 17.00 hours on 10th October. We will confirm the submission deadline for any decision in principle requests currently outstanding with our response.
