Express Payment Requests are showing error messages but please ignore these as the requests are being received. The error relates to the email confirmation only. 

The company will be closing early on Tuesday 16th September at 2pm for all staff training across all departments. We will be open as usual on Wednesday 17th September. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 

The deadline for express requests on the 16th September will be 1 PM.

 

In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

The office will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 20th September.

Important reminder | changes to our rates…

Just a reminder, we have an important update that will be taking place across all our products from Thursday 3rd of August. Fully submit your cases by midnight Wednesday If you wish to lock in the current interest rate. This will allow you to retain the existing rate for your application. 

Visit this page here to confirm whether your current rate has increased or decreased against our new rates. We have colour coded the new rates to the following:

  • anything highlighted in red signifies a rate increase
  • anything highlighted in orange signifies no change
  • anything highlighted in green signifies a rate decrease
Important update on your case…

We want to inform you that we’ve updated our product offering and are withdrawing our buy-to-let proposition from Friday, 11th August.
