Any cases in pipeline need to be fully submitted with fees paid by close of business on Thursday 9th October. Applications submitted after this date will be offered on alternative products available.
Once a Product Transfer offer has been accepted the terms are locked in and it cannot be changed or cancelled without the customer/s incurring an early repayment charge.
