Express Payment Requests are showing error messages but please ignore these as the requests are being received. The error relates to the email confirmation only. 

The company will be closing early on Tuesday 16th September at 2pm for all staff training across all departments. We will be open as usual on Wednesday 17th September. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 

The deadline for express requests on the 16th September will be 1 PM.

 

In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

The office will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 20th September.

Bluestone Update

Important update 
Bluelink will no longer be available from the 19th

On Wednesday, 19th of April 2023, we are switching to the Bluesky broker portal for all new applications. We will no longer be taking any new applications on our current Bluelink broker portal. Your current DIPs in Bluelink need to be fully packaged by the 19th or will need to be re-keyed on our Bluesky system.

If you haven’t done so already, please visit this page to re-activate your new account on Bluesky. Once you are on the page, click the signup link and re-register your account using your previous Bluelink registration details to access the new Bluesky portal. On the new portal, you can now submit your first DIP and start a new application.
