Important update | BVR and Reversion rate reductions!
We wanted to let you know that following last week’s decision by the Bank of England, we have decreased our standard variable rate from 6.25% to 6.00%, this is effective immediately.
As a result, our product reversion rates have also reduced by 25bps! These reductions are a further step towards providing your clients with flexible and affordable products to help them secure their dream homes.
