We are making the following changes to our mortgage product range from Saturday 14 March:
Personal Ownership Buy to Let and Let to Buy
- Rate increases on all fixed rate products
Limited Company Buy to Let
- Rate increases on all fixed rate products
Product Transfer and Further Advances
- Rate increases on all fixed rate products
When we give you notice of PT/FA rate movements, you will be able to view the new products available for a specific customer by logging into BM Solutions Online on the day they become available.
Please ensure any applications on existing products are fully submitted before 8pm on Friday 13 March.
