New Year… New Products!

It’s a brand new year and what better way to kick off 2023 than launching two new specialist products for your clients with a less than perfect credit history.

Both products form part of our Bucks Solutions 1 range meaning we will look to accept a range of credit issues such as:

  • Missed payments: Max status 1 in the last 3 years  
  • Defaults: Up to £1,000 outstanding in the last 3 years none in the last year 
  • CCJs: Up to £250 outstanding in the last 3 years none in the last year 
  • Mortgage arrears: 1 in the last 3 years none in the last year 
  • Payday loans: 1 in the last 3 years none in the last year 
  • DMP: satisfied / discharged by completion 
  • IVA & Bankruptcy: satisfied / discharged for 4 years no adverse since
  • Missed payment on Mail Order, Utilities and Communications accepted

Firstly, we have a 3-year discounted rate holiday let product, which is available for both purchase and remortgage cases for properties across England and Wales.

Key features include:

  • Maximum loan to value (LTV) of 75%
  • Loans from £50,000-£750,000 
  • Applications accepted from individuals or limited companies
  • Property must qualify as a Furnished Holiday Let under the HMRC definition
  • Properties located on holiday parks/complexes, B&B, Airbnb, flats, leasehold properties and properties that have an occupancy restriction are not acceptable 
  • Other fees & T&Cs apply

Please note: When submitting a DIP for a holiday let product, you need to tell us the low, mid and high season valuation plus agents fees.

Our second new product is a 3-year discounted rate ex-pat buy-to-let offering, which is available for both purchase and remortgage cases for properties across England and Wales. 

Key features include:

  • Maximum loan to value (LTV) of 75%
  • Loans from £50,000-£500,000
  • Maximum term of 40 years
  • Maximum 6 storeys for flats (4 for ex-local authority)
  • Interest only, capital repayment or part & part considered
  • Other fees & T&Cs apply
