Announcement

Broker Online Scheduled Maintenance

We are excited to announce the upcoming launch of our new and improved broker system, designed to enhance your experience and streamline the mortgage application process.

To facilitate a smooth transition to this state-of-the-art platform, we need to schedule a brief period of downtime.

Please be advised of the following important dates and times:

System Downtime: Our current system will be taken offline on Tuesday 13th February at 5pm. During this time, access to the system will be unavailable to facilitate the final migration activities and ensure that everything is set for a seamless launch.

Launch of New System: Our new system will go live on Wednesday 14th February at 3pm. From this moment on, you will have access to the enhanced features and improved user interface of our new platform.

We understand the importance of continuity in your operations and have scheduled this necessary downtime to minimise disruptions.

We recommend finalising any urgent tasks or submissions ahead of the downtime to avoid any inconvenience. Please be aware that any part-keyed DIPs will need to be rekeyed after the upgrade unless submitted prior.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition period. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our mortgage team [email protected]

Thank you for your continued partnership and trust in us. We look forward to bringing you an improved and more efficient platform to support your business needs.

Introducing Our New and Improved Online Mortgage Application System

Buckinghamshire Building Society are proud to announce the launch of our brand-new online mortgage portal, which goes live on Wednesday 14th February.

This advanced platform is a testament to our commitment to technology and customer service, offering a range of features designed to streamline the mortgage application process.

Key Highlights:
  • User-Friendly Interface: Navigate with ease through our streamlined system, designed to save you time and effort.
  • Submit Residential and Buy-to-Let DIPs Online: For the first time, submit DIPs for both residential and buy-to-let cases directly through our platform, facilitating a smoother process for your clients.
  • Enhanced Tracking: Keep track of your applications with real-time updates and notifications.

Head of Mortgage Sales, Claire Askham, said: “This launch marks a significant milestone in our digital transformation journey, following the recent redesign of our intermediary website, along with the addition of a criteria search tool, events calendar and new affordability calculators.

“Our aim throughout this period of digital change has been to provide a more efficient and enjoyable experience for our broker partners. I believe this latest upgrade will significantly improve the broker journey, particularly with the additional functionality and enhanced case tracking features.

“We’re constantly exploring ways to improve our systems and processes here at Buckinghamshire Building Society and are looking forward to rolling out more features in the coming months”.
