From today, we are introducing our 98% LTV First Step 2-Year Fixed Rate at 5.89% to the intermediary market.
The Cambridge’s First Step Mortgage
- available to first-time buyers only
- no credit score only credit search
- up to 98% of the property value
- up to 5.5x loan to income
- gifted deposits acceptable from immediate family members
- minimum property value of £100,000
- maximum loan size of £500,000
- loans on new build houses are accepted
- free basic valuation for lending purposes
- new build flats are excluded
