Product Update from Chorley Building Society
Chorley Building Society has relaunched its discount product range.
The new range of products now includes a ‘stepped discount’ meaning after the initial discount period, borrowers will then receive a further discount (which is currently 1.25%) from our Standard variable rate (SVR).
During this additional discount period there are no early redemption charges (ERCS), which provides the borrower with lengthier savings from our SVR rate and flexibility to move lender or change products.
These new products provide the borrower with flexibility, taking into account life events as well as supporting enhanced affordability.
