We’re making reductions to Clydesdale Product Transfer rates
We wanted to let you know that we’re reducing the following Clydesdale Product Transfer rates on Thursday 2 July.
Core Residential Product Transfer Rates
- Selected 2 and 5 year fixed rate products for loans less than £1m will be reduced by up to 0.29%.
- Selected 2 and 5 year fixed rate products for loans greater than £1m will be reduced by up to 0.63%.
Core Buy-To-Let Product Transfer Rates
- All 2 year fixed rate products will be reduced by 0.60%.
Withdrawal from new lending
We wrote to you earlier this month to let you know that Clydesdale will no longer offer new mortgage loans.
Clydesdale new business fixed rates were withdrawn earlier this year. Those deals will not be re-introduced, and the remaining Clydesdale variable rate products will be withdrawn at 8pm on Wednesday 1 July 2026.
These improvements to our Product Transfer rates underline our ongoing commitment to support existing customers. We will continue to offer Product Transfer deals through all the channels we do today, including through you, our intermediary partners.
