WE’VE LAUNCHED NEW PRODUCTS AND REDUCED CLYDESDALE BANK FIXED RATES
We wanted to let you know that we’ve reduced the rates on the following Clydesdale Bank residential products on Thursday 6 April.
Exclusive remortgage deals with £1,000 cashback and free valuation
- NEW 75% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with £1,499 fee has been launched at 4.39%.
- NEW 75% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £1,499 fee has been launched at 3.98%.
- 80% LTV fixed rates with £1,499 fee have been reduced by up to 0.19%
New customer products
- 75 – 90% LTV fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.24%.
- 85 – 90% LTV Professional and Newly Qualified Professional fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.14%.
- 65 – 75% LTV Exclusive £1-2m fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.21%.
- 65 – 85% LTV £1m+ fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.24%.
Product Transfer
- 65 – 90% LTV fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.24%.
- 85 – 90% LTV Professional and Newly Qualified Professional fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.14%.
- 65 – 75% LTV Exclusive £1-2m fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.21%.
