ANNOUNCEMENTS
NEW CLYDESDALE BANK PRODUCTS AND FIXED RATE INCREASES
We wanted to let you know that we’re launching the following Clydesdale Bank products on Tuesday 4 July.
New customer products
- NEW Professional 75% LTV 2 year fixed rates starting from 6.25%.
- NEW Professional 75% LTV 5 year fixed rates starting from 5.60%.
We’ll also be making these changes at 8pm today:
Exclusives
- £1m-£2m fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.43%, starting from 5.40%.
- Remortgage fixed rates with £500 cashback will be increased by up to 0.50%, starting from 5.48%.
New & Existing customer products
- Full C&I fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.60%.
- Interest Only fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.66%.
- £1m+ fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.66%.
- Professional 85-95% LTV fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.55%.
- BTL 60-75% LTV fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.50%.
- BTL 80% LTV fixed rates will be reduced by 0.11%.
The end dates will move to October of the relevant year.
