We’re increasing selected Clydesdale Bank rates
We wanted to let you know that we’re increasing the following Clydesdale Bank Residential fixed rates on Thursday 12 February.
Core Residential Purchase & Remortgage Rates
- Selected 2 and 5 year 65%-85% fixed rate products will be increased by up to 0.10%
- Selected 2 and 5 year 90-95% LTV fixed rate products will be increased by up to 0.19%
Core Residential Product Transfer Rates
- Selected 2 and 5 year 65%-85% fixed rate products will be increased by up to 0.10%
- Selected 2 and 5 year 90-95% LTV fixed rate products will be increased by up to 0.19%
Professional Residential Fixed Rates
- 2 and 5 year 65%-95% LTV fixed Professional rates will be increased by up to 0.28%
- 2 and 5 year 65%-95% LTV fixed Newly Qualified Professional rates will be increased by up to 0.27%
Broker Exclusive Fixed Rates
- Selected 2 and 5 year 85%-95% LTV fixed rate Purchase Exclusive will be increased by up to 0.15%

We’ll also be changing our end dates to May of the relevant year.
