ANNOUNCEMENTS
WE’RE LAUNCHING NEW EXCLUSIVES
We wanted to let you know that we’re launching new Exclusives and reducing the rates on the following Clydesdale Bank products on Tuesday 13 February.
Exclusive residential deals
- NEW Interest Only £1m-£2m 65% and 75% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates will be launched from 4.18%.
- Selected purchase and remortgage fixed rates will have their minimum loan size reduced to £150,000.
New and existing residential customer products
- Selected 95% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.30%.
Professional products
- Selected Professional and Newly Qualified Professional fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.60%.
- Selected Professional fixed rates will have their minimum loan size reduced to £100,000.
The end dates will move to May of the relevant year.
We’ll also be making these changes at 8pm today:
- Selected residential fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.20%.
- Selected Professional and Newly Qualified Professional fixed rates will be withdrawn.
- Exclusive 65% LTV residential purchase fixed rates will be withdrawn.

We wanted to let you know that we’re withdrawing the following Clydesdale Bank products at 8pm today.
Exclusive residential remortgage deals
- 75% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with £1,499 fee at 4.50%.
- 75% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £1,499 fee at 4.19%.
Exclusive residential £1m-£2m Large Loan
- 5% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with £1,999 fee at 4.69%.
- 75% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with £1,999 fee at 4.85%.
- 65% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £1,999 fee at 4.18%.
- 75% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £1,999 fee at 4.37%.
Professional products
- 75% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver at 4.84%.
- 85% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver at 5.02%.
