We’re increasing selected Clydesdale Bank rates
We wanted to let you know that we’re increasing the following Clydesdale Bank Residential fixed rates on Friday 13 March.
Core Residential Purchase & Remortgage Rates
- 2 and 5 year fixed rate products will be increased by up to 0.36%.
Core Residential Product Transfer Rates
- 2 and 5 year fixed rate products will be increased by up to 0.36%.
Professional Residential Fixed Rates
- 2 and 5 year fixed rate Professional products will be increased by up to 0.36%.
- 2 and 5 year fixed rate Newly Qualified Professional products will be increased by 0.35%.
Broker Residential Exclusive Fixed Rates
- 2 and 5 year fixed rate Purchase Exclusives will be increased by 0.35%.
- 2 and 5 year fixed rate Remortgage Exclusives will be increased by up to 0.36%.
- 2 and 5 year fixed rate Large Loan Exclusives will be increased by 0.35%.
- 2 and 5 year fixed rate Purchase and Remortgage Fee Offer Exclusives will be increased by 0.10%.
Core BTL Purchase & Remortgage Rates
- Selected 2 and 5 year fixed rate products will be increased by up to 0.15%.
Core BTL Product Transfer Rates
- Selected 2 and 5 year fixed rate products will be increased by up to 0.15%.
Broker BTL Exclusive Fixed Rates
- 5 year Fixed Rate Purchase Exclusive will be increased by 0.10%.
We’ll also be changing our end dates to the 30 June of the relevant year.
