Our Flexx Fixed residential range is back, offering the security of a fixed rate and the flexibility of unlimited overpayments with no ERCs. This versatile range is available in 2 and 5 Year Fixed rates from 65% to 85% LTV.
So don’t miss it – here’s how to source Flexx Fixed:
- Select ‘fixed rate’ under ‘mortgage type’
- Filter for ‘no ERCs’
- For 5 Year Flexx Fixed, search ‘5 years +’ as these products end in December 2025.
