Introducing a new range of fixed term products
As your clients seek stability through fixed rate mortgages, we have introduced a range of Two Year Fixed Rate products across our specialist offerings.
Our expat, holiday let and BTL ranges now have two year fixed rate products available. We have also launched a 5.49% Two Year Fixed Interest Only product.
In addition to this, we’ve reintroduced our self-build product range, which offers reduced rates for applicants looking to build eco homes. As with our previous product range, arrears and advance payment options are available for both standard and eco builds, offering a maximum LTV of 85% for the end value and land value.
When assessing self-build applications, we offer a flexible approach to the different stages of the project and consider modern methods of construction.
