Loans of up to £2.5 million now accepted
We have revised our Large Loan product to offer loans of up to £2.5 million
We are delighted to announce that we’ve made further improvements to our Five Year Fixed Rate Large Loan product, making Dudley Building Society one of the only lenders to offer a product with a maximum loan size of £2.5m.
The change has been made in response to valued partner feedback, as we continue to improve our offering for your clients who require larger mortgage loans.
Our manual underwriting processes allow for additional flexibility around applications, in addition to our ability to accept a wide range of incomes.
- For loans between £1m and £1.5m, we’ll accept a maximum loan-to-value of 80% and a maximum loan-to-value of 70% for loans between £1.51m and £2.5m.
- In addition to a competitive rate of 3.34%, your clients will be able to benefit from a tiered ERC, charging 3% in the first two years and 1% for the remaining three years.
Don’t forget that we will accept self-employed cases across our entire product range.
