Our SVR is increasing
Following the Bank Base Rate change on the 15th December, the Society’s Standard Variable Rate (SVR) will be increasing by 0.30% on 1st February 2023.
Our SVR rate for residential mortgages will increase to 7.29%, and our buy-to-let, holiday let and self-build SVR rate will increase to 7.79%.
