New Product Range Changes Effective 9 AM, 26th March 2026
At 9 AM on Thursday, 26th March 2026, we will be introducing new rates and withdrawing selected products across our Residential, Expat, Holiday Let and Buy‑to‑Let ranges.
As part of this update, we will also be withdrawing our Skilled Worker range, which will be re‑launched at a later date.

How this will affect you
New applications:
Mortgage applications for the withdrawn products will require the basic packaging requirements (including fees) to be submitted by 9 AM on Thursday, 26th March 2026.
After this date, applications for these products will no longer be considered.
