New changes coming to our product range on Tuesday 28th April 2026
At 9 AM on Tuesday 28th April 2026, we are launching a selection of mortgage products across our Residential, Expat, Buy-to-Let and Holiday Let range.
These changes will include the launch of new rates with existing rate changes, as well as the withdrawal of existing products from our range.
For withdrawn products
✅ New DIPs for products being withdrawn will be accepted up to 9 AM on Tuesday 28th April 2026
✅ Fully packaged mortgage applications (including fees) for withdrawn products must be submitted by close of business on Friday 1st May 2026.
✅ Applications received after this deadline will not be considered

Any new DIPs submitted for the withdrawn products will be accepted until 9 AM on Tuesday 28th April 2026.
New applications:
Mortgage applications for the withdrawn products will require the basic packaging requirements (including fees) to be submitted by close of business on Friday 1st May 2026.
After this date, applications for these products will no longer be considered.
