New Criteria so you can help more clients
I wanted to drop you a note to let you know about some changes to our lending criteria, which will allow you to help more clients with Even: These changes allow us to help a wider range of borrowers onto the property ladder, and are effective immediately.
- Additional income: we now consider up to 100% of regular additional income (for example: monthly bonuses, commission, overtime)
- Credit profile: we now accept applicants with satisfied CCJs or Defaults more than 2 years old at completion. Previously this was 3 years.
- Credit card debt: this may now be considered if the credit card debt is no more than 2x their net monthly income
- LTI: minimum first charge of 70% now accepted (previously 75%)
