We have recently made interest rate reductions across our Standard, Limited Company, and Expat Fixed Rate mortgage products.

What’s new? 

We have reduced all our BtL Fixed Rates:

  • BtL UK Landlord 5 Year Fixed Rate – 4.99%
  • BtL Ltd Co 5 Year Fixed Rate – 5.24%
  • Expat 2 Year Fixed Rate – 5.64%

We have expanded the availability of two Special BtL products:

  • BtL UK Landlord 5 Year Fixed Rate – 4.89%, with no application or product fee
  • BtL Ltd Co 5 Year Fixed Rate – 4.99%, with no application fee

Both of these products above are subject to a maximum LTV of 60%, minimum loan of £100,000 and maximum loan of £600,000.

Buy to Let Offset mortgage 

Our BtL Offset mortgage can help to maximise returns for your landlord clients, allowing any savings to be offset against the mortgage.

Landlords can choose between:

  • Payment reduction – offsetting savings to lower monthly payments
  • Balance reduction – monthly mortgage payments will remain the same, but offset savings go towards reducing the capital, reducing the mortgage balance faster. Balance reduction is not available for Interest-Only mortgages.

Either way, a BtL Offset mortgage can help to increase your clients’ net profit and ultimately increase their overall cashflow they receive from letting.
