At 5pm on Monday 15 December, we’ll be temporarily withdrawing our Family Mortgage product from sale.
This temporary withdrawal will allow us to implement a number of enhancements to the product including:
- changes to the criteria and
- simplifying the security options available to family members providing support to borrower(s).
In the new year we’ll be introducing the new product with the updated product criteria.
Procuration Fee changes
When we relaunch the Family Mortgage product, the proc fee for purchase applications will change to the following:
- 0.42% for Mortgage Clubs (Minimum Fee £189)
- 0.40% for Direct business* (Minimum Fee £180).
*Directly authorised brokers and authorised representatives.
We’ll accept applications for the Family Mortgage up to 5pm on Monday 15 December.
