New Fixed Rate Mortgage products
Following the withdrawal of our fixed rates from new business applications , we have launched a temporarily condensed set of fixed rates.
The new product set has launched Friday 13 March.
- The condensed range of products is primarily 2 Year Fixed Rates (except for our Family Mortgage and RIO, which are 5-year rates)
- This range does not include any ‘max 60% LTV’ product variants, which we typically offer across our Owner Occupier range. We will look to put these back on sale, along with the rest of our usual 5-year rates, once markets have settled
The fixed rate products (which we withdrew from new business yesterday, that remain available to existing customers), will no longer be available for our existing customers once this new product set launches on sale, including 5 year fixed rates. Existing customers will be able to pick from the relevant products from the new range.
This range is only intended to be a temporary measure, and we will return with the full product set as soon as we can.
