Important information on our mortgage products
From today, 14 December 2022, we have replaced the majority of our current discounted variable rate mortgage products and launched new fixed rates. We are also announcing increases to our Managed Mortgage Rates which will take effect in January.
Owner Occupier fixed rates:
Core range repayment five year fixed rates starting at 5.54%
JMSO repayment five year fixed rates starting at 5.64%
Family Mortgage five year fixed at 5.69%
Interest-Only five year fixed rate at 5.99% for 60% LTV maximum
Retirement Interest-Only at 5.99% for 50% LTV maximum
Buy to Let fixed rates:
Five year fixed rates for UK Landlords starting at 6.39%
Five year fixed rates for Limited Company SPVs starting at 6.54%
Managed Mortgage Rate & variable discount rate changes:
Effective from 21 January 2023 we will be increasing our Managed Mortgage Rates by 0.50%.
We will also be amending our discounted variable rate product range from today. All three year product rates are now withdrawn, with the majority being replaced by new shorter term two year products. Our Offset products have also been replaced with new interest rates. Our Retirement Lifestyle Booster has been suspended from sale.
Our discounted variable product details, and all representative examples displayed on our website, have been updated today to reflect the impending 0.50% increase on our Managed Mortgage Rates.
All our Affordability and Buy to Let stress calculations have also been updated to reflect the new higher rates.
The deadline for receipt of applications for all withdrawn mortgage products is:
- Today – 5pm 14 December through our Mortgage Hub or by paper.
