On Tuesday 20 January 2026, we’ll be making changes across our mortgage product range. This includes:
- Rate decreases across most of our Owner Occupier products with no changes to our 5 Year Interest-Only products
- Rate decrease to our 5 Year Ltd Company Buy to Let with a 3% Product Fee
- Our Buy to Let HMO will cater to properties with up to six bedrooms (previously four bedrooms).
Full details of the new product range will be announced on Tuesday 20 January 2026.
For the withdrawn products, we’ll still accept applications through our Mortgage Hub, or by paper, up to 5pm on Tuesday 20 January 2026. This means that any paper applications will need to be fully completed and sent to us ahead of this deadline in order to be received in time.
