Changes to our mortgage products
From today, Thursday 22 June, we have launched a new set of fixed rate mortgage products (in replacement of those withdrawn last week), as well as withdrawn/replaced all of our discounted variable rates. We are also announcing increases to our Managed Mortgage Rates, which will take effect in July.
Owner Occupier products
Fixed Rates:
- Core range repayment products – five year fixed rates now start from 5.44%
- JMSO repayment products – five year fixed rates now start from 5.54%
- Core range Interest-Only products – five year fixed rates now start from 6.14%
Discounted Variable Rates:
- Offset repayment products – two year discounted rates now start from 5.69%
- Core range Interest-Only products – two year discounted rates now start from 5.69%
- JMSO Interest-Only products – two year discounted rates now start from 5.99%
Buy to Let products
Fixed Rates:
- UK Landlords – five year fixed rates now start from 6.14%
- Limited Company SPVs – five year fixed rates now start from 6.24%
We have introduced a new five year fixed rate for Expat applications:
- Available up to 70% LTV on an Interest-Only basis, at 6.49% with a 1% product fee (subject to a minimum of £1,000)
Discounted Variable Rates:
- UK Landlords – two year discounted rates now start from 5.89%
- Limited Company SPVs – two year discounted rates now start from 6.19%
- Expats – two year discounted rates now start from 6.24%
- Offsets – two year discounted rates now start from 6.34%
Our Managed Mortgage Rates are increasing:
From 12 July 2023, our Managed Mortgage Rates will be increasing by 0.50%. This means all our on-sale discounted variable rate products will be increasing by 0.50% on the same date.
Our on-sale discounted variable rate product details, and all representative examples displayed on our website, have been updated today (to reflect the upcoming 0.50% increase).

The deadline for receipt of applications for all withdrawn discounted rate mortgage products is:
- 5pm tomorrow, 23 June through our Mortgage Hub or by paper.
