We’re Updating Our Products
As swap rates have continued to stabilise, we’ve been able to reassess our pricing so we’re pleased to announce further rate reductions on some of our Standard and Limited Company Two-Year Fixed Rate Products. In addition, as we’ve experienced a growing interest in Tracker Products as landlord borrowers look for flexible, shorter-term products that will allow them to change products in the future without any ERCs, we will also be making rate reductions to some of our Standard and Limited Company Tracker Products.
Our new products will go live at 09.00am on Thursday 30th November 2023.
Please find below further details of our updated products:
- Reduction of 20bps on Standard and Limited Company 2-year Fixed Rate products
- Reduction of 50bps on Standard and Limited Company Tracker products
- End dates moved from 31st December to 31st March 2026, 2029 & 2031 respectively for all Fixed Rate products
- A total of 19 product updates made
